DAVENPORT—Kathryn Wilcox, the former chief civil deputy for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO), allegedly misappropriated, or stole, over $20,000 and caused over $10,000 in “questionable losses” within the Sheriff’s Office between 2017 and 2019, documents released by the Washington State Auditor today confirmed. Myron Russel Walter went home to be with the Lord on Nov. 18, 2021. He was born Dec. 17, 1932 to Soloman and Martha Walter in Odessa, Wash. Myron grew up with his two brothers Gerald and Wayne and sister Janet working on the family ranch, showing steers, and playing sports.
