Myron Russel Walter went home to be with the Lord on Nov. 18, 2021. He was born Dec. 17, 1932 to Soloman and Martha Walter in Odessa, Wash. DAVENPORT—The Lincoln County Health Department has been allotted $490,000 a year over a two-year span in Foundational Public Health Funding as part of the state budget.
