    OLYMPIA – Gov. Jay Inslee today announced a two-week pause on movement in the Healthy Washington: Roadmap to Recovery reopening plan.     DAVENPORT – The official filing period for the fall elections will be held May 17 through May 21, 2021. All offices are subject to both primary and general elections.     DAVENPORT – Council’s regular April 28 meeting kicked off with a public hearing to revise the six-year street plan to include a solar illuminate crosswalk sign on Morgan Street that the city hopes to complete in 2021.     DAVENPORT--Highway 28 has re-opened in both directions about three miles south of town at milepost 131 and at milepost 118 in Harrington after momentarily closing due to two semitrucks colliding and leaking hazmat chemicals, a press release from Washington State Patrol and a Facebook post by the Lincoln County Sheriff's Department said.
