Anita C. Frederick passed away on June 25, 2014. She was 76 years old. Anita was born in Odessa, Wash. on October 3, 1937 to Theodore and Francis. She was the oldest of five children. A 1955 graduate of Odessa High School, Anita was involved in Girl Scouts and was a life guard at the Odessa pool in the summers. In December of 1955, Anita married Leland Frederick, and together they raised five children. In 1963, she and her family moved from Odessa to Sprague, Wash. Anita was...
The Harrington Opera House Society Rummage Room held its function on Tuesday, June 17, during the 11-4 p.m hours of the library's book sale. Considering it was on a weekday, there was a better than anticipated donation of about $160. Rain did not deter the treasure seekers.
