    DAVENPORT — A teenager was arrested in connection with several reported mail and package thefts around the city last week. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office arrested 18-year-old Anastasia Brandenberg Wednesday, May 17 on charges of second-degree identity theft, second-degree theft and third-degree theft.
