    DAVENPORT — Rob Coffman had won his re-election bid as Lincoln County District No. 3 commissioner following the initial count of ballots in the Nov. 8 general election. With 2,825 votes (64.94%), he was leading challenger Jason DeBord, who had 1,498 votes (33.44%).     DAVENPORT—Emily Lybbert Hansen is well on her way to winning the race for Lincoln County Treasurer. As of the end of county on general election night, Tuesday, Nov. 8, Hansen had 3,104 votes (71.41%). Her competitor, Brad Sweet, had 1,213 votes (27.9%).
