    COWICHE-Reardan soccer's Cinderella-like run into the state B soccer playoffs came to an end in the quarterfinals against No. 3 seed Highland 2-1 Saturday, Nov. 13 in the Yakima Valley area.     DAVENPORT--The Davenport football was named the No. 8 seed for the state playoffs and will take on the No. 9 Toledo Riverhawks of the Central 2B League in the first round of the tournament. Toledo is 9-2 overall this season. The Riverhawks' only losses are to fellow 2B playoff contestants in No. 1 Kalama and No. 5 Onalaska.
