BREWSTER – Due to a low sockeye salmon return, fishermen will have fewer days on the Columbia River in the coming days. And the Upper Columbia River may not open at all. He said he had been speaking online with someone posing as a judge who told him he had a $16,000 warrant, records show. McAllister withdrew the cash and mailed it from a UPS store in Spokane.
