    The November 12 meeting of the Odessa Chamber of Commerce was held at noon in the public library with several guests in attendance. Hospital administrator Mo Sheldon introduced James DeDeaux, a mental health provider who has been hired as a member of the Odessa Clinic staff. DeDeaux and his wife have moved here from Mississippi.     Andria Payne is Odessa's newest postmaster. A native of eastern Washington, she was born in Soap Lake and graduated from Ephrata High School in 1997. She has worked for the U.S. Postal Service for the past 18 years, 15 of those years in Moses Lake and the past three years in Wenatchee in a supervisory position.
