    DAVENPORT — Lincoln County was awarded its fourth broadband-related grant Monday, May 1. The county’s Deer Meadows and Seven Bays FTTx project will receive up to $8,921,342 in Coronavirus Capital Program Funds in the 2021-23 state capital budget. The funding was approved by the state Broadband Office based on the Nov. 22 Broadband Infrastructure Grant Program. We put our house in Davenport up for sale last year and the very next day, a new assessment of the property was mailed. Coincidence? Maybe. No dollar amount was listed, just the new assessed amount.
