    REARDAN--Mule Days was a very joyful event this year. The class reunion was well attended with over 350 people in the huge tent outside of Smith Gym. Because of the rain, fewer than half of the cars expected for the car show turned up. However, there were several beautiful classis that made the show worthwhile.     DAVENPORT—The county commissioners passed a resolution adopting the Lincoln County capital facilities plan Monday. The plan lists projects that are needed and what funding will be required to achieve those projects, which include improvements at the courthouse, fairgrounds and jail.
