    DAVENPORT—Garbage and refuse pickup rates for Sunshine Disposal and Recycling are going up 3% effective April 1 after council approved Sunshine’s request at its March 23 meeting. The city has contracted with Sunshine for garbage disposal services within city limits since April 2014.
