DAVENPORT —The Lincoln County Commissioners discussed county tax title properties with Treasurer Emily Hansen and Assessor J Scott Liebing at the Commissioners’ regular meeting Monday, March 4. Hansen explained that tax title properties are properties that have gone up for foreclosure.
