    ODESSA--An armed robbery was reported outside of town on Laney Brothers Road late this morning, the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office said today, Thursday, Nov. 10. Allegedly, two male subjects described by the homeowner as Hispanic came to their front door, claiming they were out of gas. According to the Sheriff's Office, the victims said the two male subjects left the premises briefly before returning wearing masks while holding a gun.     DAVENPORT — Rob Coffman had won his re-election bid as Lincoln County District No. 3 commissioner following the initial count of ballots in the Nov. 8 general election. With 2,825 votes (64.94%), he was leading challenger Jason DeBord, who had 1,498 votes (33.44%). Coffman won the primary in August, which only tallied votes from District No. 3, with 733 votes or 57.58%. Debord had 528 votes or 41.48% in the primary in August.
