Soup weather has carried over into February. I asked Welcome to My Kitchen Facebook followers their favorite soup to prepare on cold winter days. Several mentioned taco and potato. Helen Marie Winter passed away peacefully on February 7, 2019, at the Odessa Nursing Home, Odessa, Washington. Helen and her twin sister, Hazel were born October 21, 1926, to Henry and Susan Baumgart. Helen was raised in Lind and graduated from Lind High School.
