The Harrington Panthers, having returned to their original red and black colors, were supported by a large group of fans also mostly in red and black and cheering for their team with great enthusiasm.     The Inland Northwest Trapshoot competition, sponsored by the Spokesman Review newspaper of Spokane, completed week seven on Sunday, February 18. Marlin Gun Club On February 18, 54 members of the Marlin Gun Club faced the bitter cold of 25 degrees with winds out of the NE at 30 mph and horizontal snow.     Monday night’s meeting of the Odessa Town Council included a discussion of the recycling bins in town in which citizens are encouraged to deposit used cardboard, plastic bottles, aluminum cans and newspapers.
