William Jay Warwick passed away, peacefully, Sept. 26th, 2021 in his home. Jay was born Sept. 8th, 1960 in Odessa, Wash. to Billie R. and Betty I. Warwick Jr. Jay spent his childhood in Bluestem, Wash. and attended Davenport until his senior year where he graduated from Shadle Park High School in 1978. ODESSA – For Homecoming on Oct. 1 at Finney Field, the Tiger football team was scheduled to face Northport. However, Northport was unable to field enough players and had to cancel. DAVENPORT—The Lincoln County Commissioners approved two resolutions aimed at applying for a broadband construction project with the Public Works Board. The application would request federal funding on a non-matching basis for fiber broadband in Odessa, Harrington, Reardan and possibly the Hawk Creek area.
