    DAVENPORT — A teenager was arrested in connection with several reported mail and package thefts around the city last week. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office arrested 18-year-old Anastasia Brandenberg Wednesday, May 17 on charges of second-degree identity theft, second-degree theft and third-degree theft.     DAVENPORT — Lincoln County was awarded its fourth broadband-related grant Monday, May 1. The county’s Deer Meadows and Seven Bays FTTx project will receive up to $8,921,342 in Coronavirus Capital Program Funds in the 2021-23 state capital budget. The funding was approved by the state Broadband Office based on the Nov. 22 Broadband Infrastructure Grant Program.
