(May 17, 2019) Last November the Economic Development Council introduced a new Opportunity Zone that coincides with US Census tract 53043960400 and includes the municipalities of Odessa, Harrington and Sprague. Opportunity Zones provide tax incentives related to long-term private investment in areas that suffer from a lack of business growth. Strohmaier, Judge Criminal Sentencings Timothy Albert Evenson, 31, pleaded guilty April 9 to third-degree escape in connection with his failure to report on Jan. 2 to begin serving four months in jail, part of his sentence for second-degree trafficking in stolen property that was handed down Nov. 27, 2018.
