    DAVENPORT—Michelle Leigh Hopkins, 47, whose last known address was at 1311 Logan Street here, had 23 charges added to her case at the motion of the state in a hearing Tuesday, Nov. 30. Hopkins is now charged with 10 counts of possession of depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct in the first degree and 15 counts of the same charge, but in the second degree.     DAVENPORT—A Stevens County boyfriend and girlfriend have each been found guilty of possession of a stolen vehicle. Michael Gene Hubbs, 34, of Springdale and Amy Elizabeth Wilsey, 33, of Chewelah were each sentenced to 25 months in prison and 25 months of community service in Lincoln County Superior Court Tuesday, Nov. 23 on the charge.
