AIRWAY HEIGHTS – A woman is being held in Spokane County Jail on $250,000 bail after allegedly shooting a man and leaving him alongside the road Sept. 24. Telford Rest Area closes due to tank issue Many locals were surprised and confused when the Department of Transportation announced that Telford Rest Area would be closed until further notice without giving a reason Friday, Sept. 3.
