    DAVENPORT – The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) is still searching for the rider of a motorcycle that rear-ended an SUV just east of here Sunday morning, Sept. 5. According to LCSO, the rider is suspected to be a white male with curly hair and a beard. He was wearing a gray shirt with white pants, and was last seen in the area of Main Street.     Telford Rest Area closes due to tank issue Many locals were surprised and confused when the Department of Transportation announced that Telford Rest Area would be closed until further notice without giving a reason Friday, Sept. 3.     ODESSA – On July 21, 2021, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies Dain Harden and Jon Evans were dispatched to a vehicle theft in progress at Govan Road North and Obrien Road East.
