    ODESSA- The community gathered at Christ Lutheran Church on September 6, 7 and 8 to make over 500 apple strudel to sell at Deutschesfest. Volunteers helped lay down hay in the community center for the beer garden. German flags were hung in the community center and will be present throughout Main Street.     ODESSA- For the eighth year in a row, Odessa High School FBLA has won a prize in the Lead4Change Challenge sponsored by the David Leadership Foundation.     ODESSA- The IIG business agreement was approved at the Town Council meeting on Monday, Sept. 12. Steve Nelson, Lawyer Mark DeWulf and Public Works Director Anthony Paszkeicz and the Town Council have been reviewing the agreement for the past few weeks.
