Head Coach Joe Schlomer and Assistant Coach Travis Powers made the announcement earlier this week, citing a desire to spend more time with family.     ODESSA — The Odessa PTO will host its 3rd Annual Car & Bike Show on Saturday, April 25, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Odessa. The free public event will feature live music, food vendors, an FFA plant sale, quilt show, local yard sales and swag bags. Trophies will be awarded and vendors are still wanted. Vehicle or vendor entry is subject to a fee. Organizers are encouraging the community to attend and show off cars, trucks and bikes.     DEER MEADOWS — Lincoln County commissioners have awarded a $7.27 million contract to extend high-speed broadband service to the Deer Meadows and Seven Bays areas.
