REARDAN–Town Council discussed the need to demolish the park pavilion at its meeting Thursday, Nov. 3. Councilmembers have solicited several bids to remove the 30-year-old structure from its concrete pad. Public works director Bob Winn reported the weathered structure’s roof is rotting. REARDAN–A fire destroyed a home on Wood road 17 miles northeast of town during the windstorm that battered the region on Saturday, Nov. 5. TONASKET--The Reardan Screaming Eagles lost 4-1 to the Tigers in a district crossover soccer game on Saturday, Nov. 5. The loss eliminated Reardan from the playoffs and ended their season.
