The plan lists projects that are needed and what funding will be required to achieve those projects, which include improvements at the courthouse, fairgrounds and jail. SPRAGUE – One person was injured in a single car crash on eastbound Interstate 90 in the early morning hours of Wednesday, May 25. According to the Washington State Patrol, Daniel A.
