STAFF REPORTS The 48th annual Deutschesfest has come and gone. By early Monday afternoon, you would not know that a festival had taken place over the weekend. The Odessa public works crew, employees of the Odessa Trading Company and volunteers from various businesses and civic organizations were johnny-on-the-spot to return the town to its hard-working normal routine. Burning Man Saturday, August 25, a Harrington resident and her sister departed Harrington in a well-laden automobile with gear, supplies and camping equipment strapped to the top, and a sign on the rear reading "The Kettles Go to Burning Man."
