    ODESSA - A local eighth-grader is this year's Washington Junior High School Rodeo Association State Champion chute dogger and Reserve Champion steer bareback rider. Winston Wade, 14, who has been doing rodeo for only two years, earned the prizes at the state finals May 23-27 in Moses Lake.
