Harrington Fall Festival On September 27, Harrington was a busy town from early morning throughout the day and into the evening. Students helped in the process of sprucing up the town. A local memorabilia collector brought a little brown jug into city hall last week which had the following words of advertisement on it, "Dutch Henry's Place. Harrington, Wash. Human interest Local Harrington resident, Ellen Evans, spent nearly a week volunteering as part of a 10-person crew on the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT), which runs from Mexico to the Canadian border.
